Warranty
The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer provides free repair of the device, provided that the user complies with the requirements outlined in the user manual (passport).
Warranty service is provided at the point of purchase.
Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:
- The warranty period has expired;
- There are mechanical damages;
- There are signs of moisture ingress or foreign objects inside the device;
- The device has been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized persons;
- The damage was caused by electrical voltage or current exceeding the values specified in the device’s technical documentation.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover direct or indirect losses, damage, or harm related to transportation of the device to the point of purchase or to the manufacturer.
When returning the device or submitting it for warranty or post-warranty service, please clearly indicate the reason for return in the “Claim Details” field.
Post-warranty service (according to current rates) is provided by the manufacturer.
